Payment and Policies

Returns
Within 30 days of invoice date, Ancient Wisdom Herbs will accept the return of any product on the basis of quality issues or shipping mistakes. Requests for product returns must be authorized in writing and receive approval from Ancient Wisdom Herbs before replacement merchandise or credit memo will be issued. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in saleable condition and accompanied with a copy of the invoice. All shipping and handling charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping & Charges
We have standard flatrate shipping fee of $5.50 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. This is our
way of combining shipping so that you receieve the most value. USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation is our
preferred method of shipping. However, at times due to the weight ordered & size we may use UPS ground shipping.
We also have a standard handling fee of 1.50 for all packages.
Please allow up to approximately 5-7 business days for USPS Priority Mail.
Please allow up to approximately 7-10 business days for UPS Ground Shipping.
Please allow longer shipping times during holiday seasons.
Out of Stock & Back-orders
Ancient Wisdom Herbs generally tries to keep a wide selection of herbs available for your convenience, however, we also strive to keep the
freshest, most effective herbs available. While we may have the item in stock at the time that you placed your order, by the time it gets sent
for final processing we have realized an unexpected stock deficiency. This occurs due to the products that you ordered may have been discarded
because of quality control issues.
Ancient Wisdom Herbs is completely committed to your satisfaction, and with such a quality control method in place we are continuously
removing or discarding material we feel is inferior. This ultimately prevents you from receiving merchandise that doesn't meet our quality standards.
While we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause due to out of stock products, we sometimes have to issue an "out of stock" statement
on your invoice.
In the event that you receive an "out of stock" statement, we will attempt to get more product as soon as possible and shipped out to
you at our expense or we will notify you that we will be unable to get the product in a reasonable time-frame (approximately 7-10 business days).
If this does not meet your needs, we will cancell that part of your order and you can re-order in a few weeks.
SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
Here at Ancient Wisdom Herbs, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt the information you send us when you place an order. Not only is
it encrypted before it travels across the internet, it's also encrypted on our server, which is located behind a secure firewall.
Privacy
At Ancient Wisdom Herbs, our customers are #1, and since we value our own privacy, we extend that to you as well. Because of this, we WILL NOT
sell or share our customer information with anyone. We only save shipping and billing information if you have saved this information as part of your Customer Profile.
Your trust is important to us, and we will not do anything to violate that trust.
